How the batteries are replaced.

Replacement of batteries.

Most often, batteries are replaced due to their weak power. Especially a lot of complaints about the work of convectors, which have the form of pipes with steel plates fixed on it. In apartments equipped with such equipment, as a rule in panel houses, it is not warm enough, which means not comfortable. Replacing the heating batteries will solve this problem once and for all – you will return the comfort of your home and the next winter will not be afraid of you, and the room will always be warm.

The poor appearance of the batteries often spoils the interior of the room. To change it for the better, it is enough to replace old batteries with modern sectional systems made of aluminum. They have a good design and excellent coating, which allows them to easily fit into any interior. Well, if you have outlined repairs in your apartment, then this is the best time to change the batteries that is produced after installing windows.

The installation of heating systems occurs in several stages. First, the old system is dismantled and the radiator of the new model is carried out. Then the thread is cut on the heating riser and at the end the batteries and the riser are replaced. There are several ways to connect the battery: welding, metal -plastic, polypropylene.

We tested several options for installing batteries and developed the best technique that ensures the reliability of the heating system and its durability.

Of all the possible methods of connection (metal welding, metal on the bends, polypropylene, metalloplasty), almost 90 % is carried out by metal -plastic. We consider this method the best as well, because its use guarantees the highest quality, durability and good appearance of the system.

To ensure your comfort, instead of standard ball valves, you can install special radiator cranes. There are two types of such devices: taps with manual adjustment and taps equipped with a thermostatic head that automatically adjust the temperature.

Radiator products of different manufacturers include various heat transfer, but this difference is not significant and it can be neglected.

A significant moment is the calculation of the number of radiator sections necessary for replacing the batteries. Each section made of aluminum is capable of heating 2 kV. m. housing, and bimetallic – 1.5 kV. m. Knowing the area of the room is easy to calculate the number of radiator sections.
